Can you use 12% hydrogen peroxide on teeth?

I have some mouth guards at home to put it in
Im wondering if that concentration level would be dangerous to the gums bc most people seem to use 3%

Mixed baking soda, water and 12% hydrogen peroxide and put it in the mouth guard

They are slightly whiter, I only left it in for 10 minutes

Absolutely not worth it, after doing more research I found out peroxide concentrations over 10% can be dangerous, and now im freaking out.

Even though I ofc didnt swallow anything, a residue is probably still in the mouth

I diluted it slightly and I dont have any really bad symptoms probably just psyching myself out more than anything
