Can you use dercutane with hydrocortisone

Just went to dermatologist for the first time of my life today and I got prescribed with 5mg dercutane, after that I went to the pharmacy to get dercutane and hydrocortisone but the lady was questioning why I wanted hydrocortisone for if I already had dercutane, so I couldnt get hydrocortisone

Should I try to get hydrocortisone at another pharmacy

Also dont know if it is normal to charge fucking 80 euros for each appointment with the dermatologist

hydrocortisone is in every pharma ever and in the US its like 5$ and you dont need a prescription
