Can you use tretinoin just on the nose?

My skin everywhere else is alrdy good but I want to slim down my nose and get rid of those sebaceous filaments . Anyone done this and did they get side effects (uneven complex, etc.)?


I also don’t want to purge for no reason if I don’t have acne alrdy

I believe you need to take Accutane for visible reduction. My sebaceous filaments became very small after a low-dose Accutane course.

I alrdy did low dose accutane but I want to keep them at bay because they will come back eventually

if your nose is filled with gunk yes people who arnt looksmaxers get a tret from a derm they usaully have bad acne with alot of sebum and texture when it goes away there nose looks smaller but regular people without fucked up noses wont notice a huge difference

I’ve been on accutane and that pushed out lots of the sebaceous filaments but I want something to maintain it and could possibly make it better so I’ve arrived to tret.

Also, I alrdy have a good source for tret without derm prescription

It’s literally just sebaceous filaments that I need. The slimming is just an added plus
