the only thing it will do is destroy the superficial layer of your teeth, you will eventually remove too much and your dentin (second layer of the tooth) will be more visible, and you dont want that cause it will appear yellow and will be sensible to cold and more prone to cavities. just go to the dentist, they will put hydrogen peroxide with an high concentration on your teeth, it will whiten them really fast. they also put other stuff on the gums to not let the hydrogen peroxide on them it causes irritation

baking soda and other abrasive toothpaste work only in the case of stained teeth from tea, coffee, etc since they will remove some of your teeth's enamel, but they wont actually whiten them
