alright guys i’m a month into gym i know i’m a skinny cunt but are my proportions okay?

Hard to tell without gymmaxxing but nothing looks too severely off. Crazy how just by your face, I thought that you were fully gymmaxxed. Didn't expect to see you were DYEL :ROFLMAO:.

Quit doing your eyebrows that take away crucial dimorphism. You are not a pretty boy, stop trying to be

Work the 3 major muscle groups in the gym, eat well and spread out the times to which you eat.

Don't exercise until 4 hours post food and don't eat until 1 hour post exercise

High protein, somewhat low carb diet. Don't forget to throw in fibre and crucial antioxidants.

Supplements:
Vitamin D3 and K2 tabs 1 a day
Magnesium 4 a day
Beef liver 6 a day
Probiotic Gut cleaning supp 1 during main meal a day
Copper/Zinc 1 a day

I played college sports on a full ride scholarship so I guarantee I know more about gym than you. You say you're more athletic than me but all you have is a trophy of you in your local rec tennis/cricket league. I literally have pics of me winning prestigious championship trophies and played in the NCAA tournament.
