Pump was okay nothing special. Felt sick during like I was gonna throw up and really hot after
In all it was pretty much a fail

I'm still continuing the best pre workout meal experiment

I always consume like 300 calories atleast of something innutritious but carb dense else i end up hungry asf by the last quartile of my workout

do you work out using the heaviest you can or a balence of “light” stuff

It works, but I prefer high GI stratches like ricecakes because pure glucose is more metabolically friendly long term than sucrose

How long pre? This sounds nice I'll try it
it takes longer to get pumped up using heavier weight but at the end it’s a better pump

Fructose is primarily metabolized by the liver.

That means its preferencially stored as liver glycogen and then fat which is a strong contributor to fatty liver disease → insulin resistance → type 2 diabetes + metabolic syndrome.

The magnitude of effect is maybe not gigantic, but its definitely worth considering.

Yeah it’s really good especially combined with insulin
