Canned foods are better for you?

Ive had a theory that canned foods are actually better for you. The foods are often stored in aluminum or other natural metals. Ive noticed that i feel alot better eating canned fruits compared to the fruits in the grocery store (they tasted like poison). What if the food jew is trying to trick us with cheap soil produce while keeping the good stuff in the can?

I eat canned all the time just had one a minute ago and i am probably the worst guy off bodily in this entire site i have the smallest frame ever
