Cant afford HGH, is igf lr3 a good alternative?

im broke as shit and cant afford HGH. I am 15 late bloomer 5'7 120lbs Low test. Im thinking of running IGF-1 LR3 40 mcg + test and a arimidex. what will the difference in height growth be when compared to like 8 IUs of GH instead of the IGF-1.
