The only guys that you can be friends with are like significantly older or younger guys than you because you are all in different phases of life, you have your own goals, there is less competition and you don't generally target the same foids.

The worst is to be friends with guys your age or 1-4 years older/younger. The most backstabbing happens in those kinds of "friendships"
