Could be that hooded eyes are caused rather by fat pad genetics than the bone structure.

I don't think so, because there are so many different variations, some just deep set into the skull, other because of insane supra / under eye support.
Even my dad has them yet my eyes are extremely feminine.

Wouldnt be surprised if appearance was the same or even higher. Youre like between the border of HTN and chadlite tbh bro I think you read into this orthotropics stuff too much. The one thing I will say is I think my near sighted vision caused my undereyes to droop hence why I have terrible underye support which would be environment, but thats backed up by science.

True as well but IQ is also environment, 30% is a lot, a difference from having a C in a class or a A+.
Appearance is 30% Genetic 70% Environment. I'm not sure I understand the part about near sightedness and how that causes your under eyes to droop. The lack of under eye support means the maxilla is recessed.
Also just go and look at the mid face of John Mew then of Mike mew and compare the two, furthermore compare their skulls. And Mike Mew didn't even grow up mewing the whole time as his Dad was still experimenting and understanding the mechanics of it all. But who I can guarantee you will look amazing are Mike Mew's kids, and if you compare them to the dad or grandpa you'll see the striking differences.
