Unless I am actively trying to breath through my nose, it's not happening and even then I am legitimately struggling to breath. You think I am recessed?

I don't breath through the mouth unless I'm laying down and when I sleep I don't breath through the mouth, it's only when I am awake it's hard to breath

High pillow/Elevated head for the win bro
Some said it'd naturally be watered down as u become an oldcel but I'm starting to think we're burdened with this eternally.
No way around this tbh unless rope.

I have this too, went to an ENT and I have a severely deviated septum. It only started last year after I took a few hits to the nose playing ultimate (no crookedness is visible from the outside though) and the ENT said it looked like it was trauma induced anyway. My left nostril is essentially 95% closed, going to have septoplasty this summer to open it back up.

Go to an ENT and they can likely fix it. Almost every insurance covers septoplasty in the US and countries with free healthcare will also see it as a necessary not cosmetic/optional procedure.
