I can’t imagine dropping $5k on a vacation

Surgery is the fastest and in most cases, the only guaranteed way to improve your looks, but of course it costs money, a lot of money. It’s also important to remember that there’s always a risk of you being botched by butchers.

By the time you can save up enough to afford surgery, your youth is gone. So it’s all useless at the end of the day.
