Can’t claim fake natty when you have insane stretch marks

My biceps are literally red full covers in marks I stopped going to the gym than went for 5 months on cycle. First month was only 350 test i felt like shit and didn’t grew so I Dnr the sided and hopped on fk tren for 5 months 200mgs and I’m not even that big I would say I’m definitely above average now but still my arms are full covered and everyone just stared at me when i switched gyms I’m not even overreacting its so uncanny my mother obviously noticed told her today i was on roids she’s mad but I know she’s not gonna take it from me but there are so many people talking about me that I barley know just because of that like bro leave me alone I’m still saying I’m natty btw to everyone Jfl I really don’t care about anyone else

Dont know if its cope but ive seen lotion/cream that can rid of stretch marks and if its actually cope go to a doctor and dont say ur on roids just say something ike you go to the gym a lot and were bulking or sum bs
