It is. I can help you out with gymcelling advice if you want. I'm pretty knowledgeable. It's really simple though. At your age you can basically eat whatever you want without getting fat.

I'd recommend 1000 kcal surplus to capitalize on newbie gains. Push/pull/legs is good. Brosplits work but are more advanced. Try to do 80% compound exercises. A pull-up bar would be good, but you can do db rows or high reps lat pulls against a table or something like that. Legs you can do goblet squats and lunges. Chest/shoulder press. Add isolation exercises as see fit.
