Can’t decide what should be my next move.

I had a very good nose before imo. Pretty narrow and quite straight, but I had a deviated septum which mostly allowed me to breathe thru one nostril.

So I had to get a septoplasty, doctor assured me that appearance will not change, however I pretty much got botched. My nose is now no longer straight, it has a massive dorsal hump and the tip has dropped a lot due to lack of support, and also it’s much wider and more bulbous.

Since then I feel fucked up everyday and feel like shit, this affected my mental health like hell. I no longer take pictures and hate seeing myself. I now need a rhinoplasty to fix myself.

The problem is, I would like in the future to do a bimax, and pretty much everybody is against doing a rhinoplasty before a double jaw surgery. I can’t afford bimax, i was planning to do it in the upcoming few years after saving up.

So i’m stuck not knowing what to do, I’d hate to have to wait this many years before being able to fix my nose and feel normal about it again. It would mean having to save up for bimax, get it done, go thru the year of recovery, and then go from there on fixing my nose. This will take years before I can have my nose back.

I could get my rhinoplasty in the summer, as my parents are willing to finance it after seeing how miserable I am since my septoplasty.

no chance they will fund that, not even expecting them to. it’s not like a surgery that I NEED, compared to fixing my nose now. They’d say just get your nose back to normal and forget about bimax.

won’t fix my wide and bulbous nose, just help with my dorsal hump, not really a point in spending money just for that

It’s so shit I used to feel confident in my looks and since then all that went to 0. I may as well just rope can’t even look in the mirror anymore without feeling disgusted

I dont see the problem with getting rhino before bimax especially since youre gonna be saving up for years. Also how did your nose get wider and more bulbous after septoplasty? Are you sure its not swelling

Yea tbh he should just pass on the free rhino and wageslave for years with a botched nose because bimax might raise his nasal tip 3 mm
