Cant even cope with vidya

I get motion sickness it feels like imma pass out and i get severe headaches for the rest of the day and dizziness, lightheadedness, or nausea whilst playing nearly all games esp fps racing games and free roam games like gta

This never use to happen to me when i was younger aahhh
I use to cope for hours on it
