I tried going to sleep early today (2am) and set an alarm earlier tomorrow (12 pm)


Its 3:15 rn and I can't fall asleep man. Idk what to do.

I wake up at 13:20 these days. I wanna wake up """early""" tomorrow to play video games

Yes, well your body is on a circadian rhythm. You must sleep at 8am today and wake up at 4pm. Then tomorrow sleeping at 2pm and wake up at 10pm. Then you are able to sleep at 8pm next time or whatever time you desire.

I have the most fucked up sleep schedule right now
I sleep at 8-9 am and wake up at 6 pm
What i did back then would be sleeping whenever i can and wake myself up really early with an alarm so id not get enough sleep at all
Then i would keep myself busy all day to not fall asleep and let myself go right at the time where i want to sleep tomorrow at
This would fix my sleep schedule most of the time
