cant figure out why i bloat

its not potassium, not sleep, not fat, not bones
it could be cortisol or gut but how do i know whats causing it
i get giga bloated in evening for some reason, tried anti histamines but they didnt work either
save me
 
how do you know its not just your being boneless

Also, Imma just copy paste this:
Most of these "debloat transformations" are really just loss of bodyfat, the main 2 components of facial leanness are bodyfat % and estradiol levels. (for estradiol its mainly the modulation of the mineralocorticoid receptor and its affect on electrolytes, but for simplicity lets just say estrogen).
If you want to know your bodyfat % quickly I suggest posting yourself on https://www.reddit.com/r/guessmybf/or if you dont want to be posted, read others posts so you can get an idea of what each bodyfat % looks like. Heres another basic pic

  1. The best way to tell your bodyfat at lower % ranges is how lean your serratus is, which is this

    • This usually wont be defined until around 10%, so thats a good way to gauge where you are. I recommend staying between 10-12% BF for best facial aesthetics, and bulking no higher than 16% for growth phases when you care about massing more than facial leanness. Its important to bulk, maingaining is cope as fuck, so pick the times of year when you care least about being peaked facially to bulk. If you keep your surplus sub 300 Kcals you wont get much facial fat and your body will turn most of the calories into muscle. To leanmax the goal is to shred as quickly as possible to avoid being depleted for long periods of time, so I use 300-500 mg of DNP daily and 5mg Tirz/Mounjaro every 5 days. The GLP-1 keeps the carb cravings from DNP away. You can easily loose 20lb in 2 weeks doing this routine. If your face still isnt lean after doing all this, you have to turn towards hormones, specifically estradiol. Its likely that your e2 is too high and you need to take an aromatase inhibitor or you're just boneless.
