I’m in a cycle of rot, I need to escape, but I don’t know how. I 100% can’t inject or pursue other plans until I move out, I need to make money so I can move out early. Back to the cycle of rot: I’m genuinely lazy and don’t do nothing all day, not even soft maxes, anyone got tips to get back on track and build dicipline?

start with making small amounts of money every day, but you have to make at least some progress every day.

once you make your first money you are gonna get a dopamine spike, that will hopefully snap you back to reality.

buy something for yourself with the money first, so that you can force your mind to crave that dopamine again

Why can you not inject anything? Buprupione is great since it helps with dopamine a lot without getting like high or getting crashes,slme have said theyve had bad times comming of tho
