Ex was a textbook narcissist/psycho who tried to ruin my reputation with false rumors after she dumped me. I curved her when she tried crawling back 4 months later begging to hook up.
Issue is, 10 months later I still somehow miss her and catch myself thinking about her, even though I've had a massive post-breakup glow-up (giga-viral on TikTok for looks, high body count). No new girl compares, and serious relationships feel cringe now.
Her voice saying "we were made for each other" is permanently glued to my brain. How do I detach from a toxic first ex when nothing hits the same?
