Cant get rid of facial bloat because of gut issues

A year ago I experienced a bad stomach bug (fuck you fucking bacteria) that’s when my gut issues started, I was fairly lean and debloated in my face but now I’m constantly bloated and I’ve literally tried everything

Fucking stupid DOCTORS can’t put their finger on it but I probably have an early case of crohns, or microscopic colitis some shit like that. I have to literally do everything myself because they’re so fucking lazy

Anyone in the same boat experiencing gut problems that leads to chronic inflammation?

Nigga yeah I did. I spent 500 bucks on one of these microbiome tests, I have a good diversity of bacteria

I think its something else but these fuckass doctors are too lazy to rule it out. Just fucking lol at not even taking a peak at my small intestine yet after so long

I had a colonoscopy done like a year ago, showed nothing probably because it was still early on but they didnt even take a biopsy

Tbh was thinking of buying injectable form

But idk, feels like theres something else than just mild
