Ascend to htn?I'm considering reducing body fat percentage, filling my under-eye hollows, and if necessary, double jaw surgery or jawline fillers, fat dissolver, or facial liposuction.

you'd easily be mtn just by getting in shape + growing hair out

could go higher with some surgeries like infra implants, some lower eyelid surgery, upper eyelid fat grafting, jaw implants, rhinoplasty

Honestly, you don't have a good facial bone structure; losing weight will just make you look tired. You'll probably end up with an inverted pyramid-shaped face that lacks definition.

You have a weak jawline and poor frontal growth.

my bone structure is kinda similarly weak, do u think if i nichemaxx in alt ill pull when being lean while looking tired

I think what lowered my score was my side profile; I don't think my front profile has that many flaws, other than needing to fill in under-eye circles and keep my skin a bit cleaner.

ltn, ascension to htn will take surgeries
 
If you get bimax, rhino, zygo implants and maybe some implants for your lower third like mandibular implants and lose bodyfat you should be HMTN-HTN. Right now you should focus on getting to a lower BF%.
