cant keep eye contact with LTBS and MTBS

the only foids i talk to are ltb and mtb and i cant keep eye contact i keep looking down.
with guys i can keep it and talk normally how tf do i fix this

Doesnt matter, if they find you attractive it's cute when you are shy if they don't eye contact would be creepy staring and looking away would be creep who couldn't make eye contact

it just feels weird and i feel as if they are staring at me whilst im looking at the ground or somewhere else

So? Like I said either they like you or they don't, just get over feeling weird. That would probably help you make eye contact as well tbh, the weird feeling is holding you back
