Why crying for a couple of weeks in 2018 did this to me?
Why it deformed my skin?
It‘s like a nightmare that never ends.

The sense is that your "failo" is absolutely negligible, but you're obsessing on it because you developed BDD. I would understand a recessed maxilla, or even acne, but your skin is average.
