Cant live without working out

was planning on stopping working out but cant live without exercising, makes me feel good

stopped for a while and noticed the difference in mood and felt like I lost a part of myself

Gymcels who stopped working out for a long period of time did you notice the same?

Didnt noticed much muscle and strenght loss but coordination and muscle memory noticed a big difference

Yeah just don’t stop man. Ain't worth it because you will change the rituals your brain has been adopting during the time you trained.

Yeah been training since 14 non stop, maybe 1 or 2 weeks off from time to time but this year stopped for a long time and noticed a part of me vanished

I was injured for months and it was disgusting even though I tried to find ways to train despite that I have been training calisthenics for 5 years

Yeah I gymcelled hard af for some years. Then 2 months ago while in the gym I realised we were all in there cuz we're incel & unattractive, and all my efforts to build muscle had done nothing for my sex life. I walked out mid workout. That was 2 months ago and I've defo lost some muscle but I don't look bad at all. My shoulders have retained size really well but my biceps and back have shrunk significantly. I feel extremely weak though which makes me feel like a bitch.
