Can't look back at memories

Anyone else just feel like shit looking back at old, good memories?
It's gotten to the point I cant look back, I either delete them or just refuse to open them.
Friends, trips, ex girlfriend. -- No matter what, I just cant look at them, even though they were the best times of my life.
