Can't seem to figure out ES ratio

Depending on what sort of camera I use the results range from 0.44ish to around 0.49

Want to know because I am considering getting MSE but don't want to mess up my ES ratio with wider cheekbones

If so, is my only option SARPE ?

Lens distortion in close up selfies makes it appear higher, mirror selfie is most accurate or measure IPD with a ruler and face width with two boxes

thanks man will do. also getting a CT scan done so going to get a completely accurate measure of bizygomatic width
