every time i stay up it’s because i feel like i have no potential so i just rot listening to music and cry thinking about what i can do to look better and i never go through with it instead i look in the mirror and get depressed the cycle never ends considered roping numerous amount of time i want to lose weight but i end up binge eating and have zero motivation to workout after so i just say “i’ll start again next week” and i keep doing it and im sick and tired of it.

If you wanna fix sleep dont use melatonin, it will disrupt your circadian rhythm, instead use melanin 👍

you can be your sad self or you can be someone better, discipline is hard but why rope if you havent tried everything to make you better its a waste of potential
