Melatonin is good and low risk. But if you wanna use it long term then you're gonna rely on it hard, you're basically never gonna feel sleepy without tablets if you get dependent. Not "never sleepy" in a good way, but rather in a very unappealing, frustrating way.

Try to get some mirtazapine like 7.5 or 15 mg, I sleep 10 hours super deep sleep and pair with some 50mg magnesium glycinate, it will make you hungry, but if you already eat healthy then its a plus.

If you can, jog or ride your bicycle one hour before getting to sleep. A nice quick shower will help you as well.
