I just can't feel asleep if I'm on my back and now I'm also struggling to sleep on my side :hnghn:
should I take magnesium before going to bed?

The same thing happens to me. I usually just take gummies and force myself to sleep on my back. It’s actually good for you for a lot of reasons, especially posture and nose breathing. I struggle with sleeping in general though, so I usually end up on my side anyway. I lowkey take sleeping pills just so I can stay on my back.

sleeping on ur side is actually better for nose breathing
cuz when ur sleeping on ur back ur tounge would fall back to the throat closing the airway

I wouldnt worry about forcing a new sleep position, unless its after surgery or something. Sleep in whatever position gives you the best sleep.

Interesting I didn’t know that. Thanks for the information but I struggle with posture sometimes, but when I sleep on my back, it helps and I’d rather have good posture since I naturally nose breathe anyway. I also got recommended to sleep on my back. Sadly, I have to.

Yeah take 500mg magnesium before sleep but it won't help you sleep it will improve your kidneys health

But sleeping on your stomach is bad, and my face is kind of asymmetric after sleeping on one side for a long time. thats why i wanted to fix that

Sleeping on back not good bcuz of vertebral column is compressed and not in a comfortable position
Sleeping on side is better for better posture and for stretching the vertebral column and this help you get taller

Stay awake for longer, roll up a towel for neck support

Sleeping on your back fucks up maxilla/mandible projection over time. Gravity drags the mandible posterior, tongue drops back into the throat = narrowed airways, worse mouth breathing, recessed vibes long-term.

Side sleeping keeps tongue more forward naturally, easier mew suction even asleep, less airway collapse. Alternate sides or pillow hack to avoid asymmetry.

Back sleeping only works if you're already forward grown chad. Otherwise it's cope that ruins your profile and breathing.

Perma-side > forced back. Quality sleep > posture fraud anyway.
