What do i do to sleep faster i have shit to do tomorrow

Exact opposite for me, I gotta stay awake and I’m really drowsy

Warm showers and satiating meals. Also you might have extreme muscle tension. If you massage some parts of your body or deal with stress, it will feel tense, making it hard to sleep as well

Ideally sleep in a dark, cold room with a soft pillow too

If you still can't sleep at least get 90-120 minutes of sleep once you're drowsy, it's a full REM cycle so you won't feel as groggy.
