Cant split my trt dosages

I got prescribed 1ml per 250mg ampoules


I have to use 125mg split into twice for example monday and friday
Have a 1ml syringe
So i i should inject 0.25 monday and 0.25
This is brutal because of air bubles and its just minimal liquid

Any suggestions

I thought its better to do it frequent because of fluctiations
So i will leave it in the syringe for 2 weeks and only push out the needed amount ?
