The past year I have Js been stuck in a cycle of relapsing then being fine it’s like a few weeks I will sit in my room all day and do nothing just ldr, tell myself I will do stuff soon like go to the gym or eat better. I never do tho, I might have a few good days but I can never stay consistent or find balance I always just end up doing good for a week or 2 and then falling off again. Does anyone have any help so I can acc lock in, I’m done w not doing anything but can’t find any drive to do anything

a week of 70% effort repeated all year beats 2 weeks of 100% effort followed by a relapse every single time

Look bro everyone (idk everyone i js know i do) relapses for like a day or maybe even two or maybe even a week. Just get in the mindset of when you skip a day being a little ashamed (not beating yourself up) and just get back at it again. Someone on here said 2 years of 70 percent beats 2 weeks of 100 percent. Just stay consistent and when you skip Just never let it be longer than a day or two

It’s not just the consistency it’s that I always stop and feel like I have to start over, for example like the gym if I stop going for a couple weeks I think I need a new program and tell myself how do I start going to the gym cuz I was never really fully committed to it

Mh(mental health) my family has a history w mental problems nothing crazy just like depression and stuff like that, I have some signs but never got checked out. I Js keep telling myself I’m waiting for like smthn to make me change instead of me acc working for it and that’s the biggest issure
