Some strats i used at my lowest bf
-spam water (make sure you dont dehydrate yourself doing this)
-0 sugar sodas
-make a list of reliable low cal foods that are low energy to prepare and taste good, as well as keeping staples in your diet you don't really like but have amazing macros (so you can "cheat" within means OR balance out long term if you have the mental fortitude to do this while keeping on track [sounds like you should not do this]) example: eat raw canned tuna
-eat salads (i would get veggie mix boxes from the grocery & pretty much eat the whole thing with shredded chicken)
-take a multivitamin to minimize nutritional gaps
-people say black coffee - i think espresso is more palatable if you're going to not use the 80 cals in sugar but this requires an espresso machine. --As I am on this note i'll also mention 0 sugar energy drinks but this could get pretty expensive + i would save these for energy so my lifts weren't complete shit & i wouldn't build that hard of a tolerance
-do nothing, lift and do nothing else with your day, sometimes you won't be able to form meaningful thoughts and thats ok as long as ur getting lean lol
-i do not recommend this but weed was a very effective appetite suppressant in my personal experience but i had to stop due to external factors
-if you play vidya i recommend any comp games which have long round/game times (i would spam league of legends to occupy my mind to exhaustion if i had nothing else productive to do in my day)
some of this might not work for everyone but it pretty much covers everything i did, gl
