i have high quality nutrition available for my cut, im also on my first week running retatrutide, but if there was a gun to my head, i dont think i could stick to a diet, i have insane cravings that i cant turn away

im trying to debloat and lose fat but its like the hardest thing ive ever done lmao

anyone got any unethical or general tips? i meal prep grassfed ground beef and rice for lunch @ work but night time i just cant help myself and its catching up to me
 
just try to push through the cut for like 2 weeks and your stomach will eventually adapt to eating less, since ur taking reta you’ll probably see results way quicker than usual

just drink coffee and use nic
 
i just think to myself that no food taste better then being lean and just drink water alot

Just eat something sweet once in a while its better than randomly bingeeating cause you couldn’t hold the urge in

weirdly enough i was also extremely hungry when i first started reta. and dont listen to retards, just keep titrating up. once i got to 2 mgs my appetite diminished and I casually lost some pounds. gotta keep upping the dose it took me like a month ish but i started at .5 mg

yea i started @ 1mg, ill pin 2mg when my week passes and hopefully its ez pz from there

I would do 2mg but how many days has it been after you pinned? first day i did 2mg i didnt feel anything second day it hit like a truck went from 3k cals down to 600 on that day could not eat for the life of me. If it doesnt help cravings try tirz with it, or carg
