Tbh i can never stay locked in on my diet and will always binge. for like 3 months ive been stuck at 180-190lbs because i cant stick to a cal deficit. And when i do stick to a calorie deficit it will be for 1-2 weeks then ill eat a bunch for a day or two then go back to calorie deficit, its like an endless loop. any tips to help me lock in? i wanna get to 155 lbs

shake your head left, and then shake your head right. do this everytime you are offered food.

Eat a proper diet, dont spam artificial sweeteners with fake processed low caloric foods

what would a proper diet in a caloric deficit look like 🤔
Copy pasta I wrote to another guy:

What I do now that makes me full for almost full day while being in 1.5-1.6k range is.

You eat first meal as late as its possible (if you wake up early then drink coffee and eat like 8 grams of butter).

Eat 115g beef/chicken + rice/potatoes and some veggies/fruit at like 3 pm
*you're fulll*
Eat the 2nd portion of the same shit at like 5:30 - 6:00 pm
*you're full*
Then you eat like 100g quark for protein with maple syrup
2 carrots, 2 kiwis
*you're full*

And with that you got to like 8 pm with 800 calories
Then you finish your day with 2 eggs + 3 egg whites (add whatever you want to that- turkey ham, veggies, ketchup)

and even later you can eat a bowl of low fat greek yogurt with honey cinammon and blueberries.

You're literally stuffed full, you probably won't even have to eat the yogurt bowl

Its about perspective for me.

If youre only looking at the end goal it feels so far and you give in to the urges.

Instead try to view everyday as an accomplishment and feel proud about yourself to sticking to it by the end of that day and before you know it you will have lost every pound you wanted

you could maybe eat more butter with your coffee? Or swap out the eggs for breakfast but then obviously you break you fast early so be ready to get real hungry earlier as well.
