Everytime I clench it a certain way it clicks which gives me a little dopamine spike until i crack like when you pop a knuckle and its the biggest fucking dopaminefuel.

Issue is that after ive been doing that for 2hrs straight my face gets all bloated and subhuman FUUUUCK

i have masseter hyertrophy too i look bloated af after eating

Initially,when I came across this looksmaxing stuff and started to look for ways to build a better jaw,I came across a video where chewing was mentioned as one of the most important things to get a better jaw
So,I started chewing gum for hours daily and even chewed hard food but I was not aware of the fact that if you try to achieve masseter hypertrophy while being boneless,you will end up being bloated

Later,I realised that masseter hypertrophy should be a goal only if you're lean enough or have decent jaw muscles (good base).

Ever since I got bloated like crazy,I stopped chewing hard food and never touched a chewing gum

I also have this habit of clenching my jaw every now and then,tho it has been reduced significantly but I still do it when I take a picture of mine or just when looking at the mirror
I mean,clenching your jaw is a photo thing you know,you must have noticed that may people clench their jaws whenever they take a picture

i have very strong / visible masseters that look good when chewing but ultimately bloat my face after which i believe is also due to insertions & overall bone structure / some people look better with big masseters while others dont do due basic anatomical differences but i never cared to research why

i cant really solve it as its due to my clenching while i sleep, maybe botox could but no point

it drastically went down when i started invisalign and my posterior teeth could no longer touch but is slowly coming back now
