can't tell if im norwooding at all

just got out of the shower and i saw that i still had a CLEARLY VISIBLE nw1 hairline, although there were spots there that were much shorter and take abnormally long to grow

there's a chance that i just haven't been taking care of my hair at all so i just have damaged hair, hopping on a deep conditioning routine asap
