I just came from watching that video, it's from that plane that fell yesterday in Kazakhstan (Probably downed by someone because it has shrapnel all over)

Anyways, he was making the Shahada (Testimony of Faith to convert to Islam, i.e There is no God but Allah and Muhammad is His Messenger), which is encouraged to do so before death
