does the shitty food your eating really taste that good for you to eat so much of that calorie dense shit, to sacrifice the face gains you would potentially have by being 10% body fat (at most 12% tbh).

i think you’d legit get more dopamine from looking at yourself in the mirror than eating your shit
and good food like bacon, eggs, sausages, any meat all taste good as well.

get enough protein and go on calories deficit + weight train so you don’t lose the (little) muscle mass u have since ur skinny fat. you’d probably also gain muscle if protein is high enough and cals aren’t too low since newbie gains come quick and easy

man all i eat is chicken eggs and quark and some stuff like bananas from time to time some desert just because im hungry asf i do calistehics like 200 push ups 200 pulls 200 squats at least per week i look like i never touched a weight

cos u haven’t tbh. 200 is endurance training tbh, not hypertrohy at all. the max reps for hyoertropht is 30, with somewhere between 8-13 being ideal for hypertrohy, and most importantly training to failure and progressive overload. if i did 200 pushups a day split in 10 sets of 20 over the course of the day, it will do jack shit, and even at once it would have basically been a cardio sesh. go gym. don’t cut calls too much, you still want to get nutrients in, do more cardio imo if you want a larger deficit

even eating below 1500cals is counter intuitive tbh. keep low carbs, high fats and high protein. this ensures ur hormone profile and metabolism shouldn’t be nuked, carbs r just energy, not really matter, the fats are what maintains those things. i eat like a fucking monster, cheat days i consume upwards 4k easily. i am cutting on 2-2.5k depending on activity level daily.

im not doing 200 reps every day thats my total per week like i will do 200-300 chin ups this week i have done them with weights too i will probably join a gym i was once training at a gym i still didnt looked that much better

some people just dont look good even if super low bf. i have been 10-12% in the past and my face looked no different than it does at 20% bf

no point in forcing myself to be low bf if it wont do anything
 
Eating good food is amazing and looking good in the mirror is more about confidence then your looks

Niggas don't realise ignoring hunger won't make you die or whatever :lul: The worst thing is that when people are hungry they think their blood sugar is low, so they consume carbs (makes them feel better at the moment) and since most of them consume something highly glycemic it makes them snack more and more, disrupting ghrelin regulation and hunger wave and the cycle continues, leading to obesity :lul:

Yeah that’s actually true, I’ve binged 4 times in the last month (legit like 2K+ calories over maintenance in a day each time) and still manage to remain lean because I enjoy nutritious food.

Idk why I procrastinate getting lean, it’ll literally fix 90% of my problems.

it’s not even that tbh, I can cut on 1500-1700 cals and my meals aren’t like dog food. It’s more the fact I know that getting lean will ascend me so hard or softmaxxing, so I put it off because Im like well I can do it at any point. Sounds like pure cope, I just don’t want it bad enough. I can’t make anymore excuses now.
