People gaslight you so hard on mating and relationships; it's actually crazy how much misinformation is out there and being repeated over and over again by ordinary people, considering we live in a day and age in which we have access to all this mindboggling high-tech.

Like, for example, a while ago I got psychiatric treatment at home and at one point I was talking to this exercise therapist and told her about struggling to get sex or get into a relationship. And somehow the like first thing that came into her mind after I started explaining my situation was "muh get to know yourself better first".
Like bitch what? I'm fucking 28. Bitch how do you know I don't know myself? I know myself better than most people I talked to. And from the way I told her about myself she should've actually gotten the clear impression I know myself well. So how come she tells me this bullshit?! Well, I can image why, but I'd rather not expand on that...

Man, fuck those normies and their platitudes.
There was so much wrong with what the bitch said. For example, what about fucking teenage couples? Do they know themselves all that well first before getting into a relationship? Better than me at 28? Yeah, no. And what about people hooking up? There are people who don't know fuck and have still done that. It has literally nothing to do with getting to know yourself.

And then there was this psychotherapist I went to a couple of weeks ago. I told him I've struggled to get sex or get into relationship all my life... And the first thing he brings up is porn. He just randomly starts mentioning porn. And that there are several links between porn and sexuality and sexual expectations.
It's just triggering. These people are so completely off the mark. Yes, dude. Porn is the reason why I get one match pear year on dating apps and why the bartender threatens to throw me out of the place after I talk to like three people there...
They are so out of touch with unattractive men's issues in the mating market. It pisses me off people literally get paid to verbally torture me.

I told the psychotherapist I have a preference for young women and that I'm sexually frustrated because I'm past the age that most young women consider the most attractive in a guy and that I'm worried that my sexual frustration is going to worsen over time because I'll just age further and further. And while he did not directly respond to this (it was just the first interview), I do think that's what made him bring up the connection to porn and to how it influences our expectations, insinuating high standards induced by porn consumption might be the problem.

I've talked to several other therapists, psychiatrists and a psychological coach. Some of them were clueless and completely out of touch with the issues I have in regards to mating. Some know some blackpilled facts. Most of them seem open to learn about them when I bring them up.
But that's not enough. I mean as a patient I don't go there to teach them about unattractive men's mating struggles and human nature. THEY should be the ones knowing about that deeply and based on that give me helpful insights that help me deal with my situation.
(If they can't, then why should they even get paid?)
And if you think that's bad already then let me tell you this: Sometimes they even judged me based on their flawed view of things. I mean, sure, I can bring up counterarguments with evidence-based facts in response, when they judge or gaslight me, but what's the point? I still feel bad when they do it and get angry about them getting paid for saying this stuff. (Part of this anger stems from the fact that when you're depressed people push you to do psychotherapy and claim you don't do anything to improve if you don't. I even had my mother claim that, just because I "only" did psychotherapy for two months [and then quit because it didn't really help me and I faced the abovementioned issues there]. That was such nonsense from her. It couldn't be further from the truth. I have actually been investing a huge portion of my time into improving my mental health and the underlying causes for my unhappiness and depression for years and actually structure my entire day so that I only do things that are in some way or another beneficial to my mental health and never do things that are detrimental to it. On top of that, I've been psychiatrically treated for years. And she should know about this. Yet she claimed I didn't do anything to improoooove. I've noticed a lot of normies are like this. If you don't do psychotherapy, you're not doing anything to improve in their minds.)

Hey, @sasha777. Yes. I had an LTN gf close to my age around my early twenties. She had so much baggage that I developed severe mental issues as a result of that relationship. I'll spare you with the details.
Also, I made out with a relatively young HTN girl I met at a psychiatric ward a couple times some years ago.
