Thankfully my skin issues are minor if any legit and only need retin-a for the boost. Making progress everyday.

You have a shit ton of muscle mass and big bones. I am an ectomorph, 6.5 inch wrists, small skull and no muscle mass at all, just wide-ish clavicles. This is a good representation of how my body looks (at left):

Yeah mapped out a plan for a year, diet and workout (elements of cardio, HIIT and strength training) both, on my 3rd week already.

I'm on 1800 cals a day, 400 cal burn from HIIT or boxing 6 days a week, and heavy lifting 2 days a week.

Getting 170g of protein a day too, and sleeping 8 hours a day.

28 days in, 5kg down so far...

Trust the process, but I gotta make this count.

Set 3 goals for the year:
1) get to 75kg and swole
2) mog all my haters and doubters
3) get to 500k salary
