canthal tilt vs superior orbital angle?

obviously chico has a positive canthal tilt however the superior orbital rim has a negative angle, still giving him a sad and tired look (probably nerfing)

i have the same problem this was just a good example, how do you fix this, what surgeries

also am i using the right terms idk if it actually is the superior orbital angle or if it has a name

isnt that js negative hooding? either way if thats your flaw it shouldnt be death tier, unless u look like your eyes are sagging, it doesnt rlly matter, but of course there is a procedure to fix it which is the upper blepharoplasty
