maybe but it's still pretty much the same as canthopexy , they either do cheek lift to release vertical tension on lower eyelid , or do temporal lift for canthal fixation , and they also do fat grafting to infraorbital area

I noticed they call it eyelid retraction when there is actual sagging of the eyelid and scleral show

Canthopexy/canthoplasty works if you have negative canthal tilt, but most of the man have a neutral one but looks like is negative cuz the lower eyelid is dropping, so a lower eyelid retraction+ Infraorbital rim implant would like better on most of the males

You have people with giga droopy lower eyelid and nct who don't even get the surgery and people with normal eyes like hers who do
