Can you post a picture with just your eyes without fast flashing picture. I think your eyes look good already and don't think a cantho would do much honestly, I have done ptosis repair and fat graft so I'm not anti surgery

Well i will be getting upper blepharoplasty+fat grafts and i can add canthopexy too

canthopexy only lifts up the lower eyelid it doesnt really change the canthal tilt as much as you think thats canthoplasty

ofc you could ts would be the easiest thing for these surgeon, but idk if you want to spend more than 1k dollars on this surgery

canthopexy only lifts up the lower eyelid it doesnt really change the canthal tilt as much as you think thats canthoplasty

It lifts your lateral canthus and can shorten the lower eyelid. It depends what you tell your doctor
