U look like an mtn bojackWondering if I would benefit enough from canthoplasty to make it justified or if canthopexy is all I would need, or if nothin at all and softmaxxes would be the better option. Thanks guys
I love you for this complement thank you for the advice, I think sleep will help a little with Infras cause I lowkey sleep like 2-6 hours a night. You think infra work surgically is worth the risk or are there alternative methods?U look like an mtn bojack
I would presume whichever surgery is better for fixing scleral show cuz idk much about them but if u get infra support u will look very good since your eye shape isnt even horrible, I would focus on the infras and zygos and your eyes will look better after
Yes I was about to say ur eyes look strained so that might be it, personally I’m tryna permasquint when I’m alone to make the eyelids a bit stronger but I think implants would be worth it for u , personally I would do zygo filler and either a fat transplant or implants for your under eyes, if ur not gonna hard max just cope with bonesmash inflammation and VolufilineI love you for this complement thank you for the advice, I think sleep will help a little with Infras cause I lowkey sleep like 2-6 hours a night. Yea I damaged a vessel because I hit too close to my eyes but the zygos are fine for me, I do it lightly tho even a massage gun gives a massive pumpLowk don’t want the nerve damage from bonesmashing so once I get a little older I’ll see what I can do with under eye implants and filler. Thanks again for tha help bhai
Based on this picture (after being straightened), a canthoplasty would make no sense. Not only is your canthal tilt positive, it is also within ideal range (5-8°), as you can see below.Wondering if I would benefit enough from canthoplasty to make it justified or if canthopexy is all I would need, or if nothin at all and softmaxxes would be the better option.
You are a fucking hero man! It seems like the ptosis and lack of sleep are probably my two biggest issues concerning my eye area then. Not to bother you since you have already helped me so much, but do you know if there are any non-surgical solutions to ptosis? I’m most focused on improving my symmetry right now and I think that would help. Thanks again man!Based on this picture (after being straightened), a canthoplasty would make no sense. You seem to display mild ptosis in your right eye (left in the pic), and mild lower lid retraction in both eyes. I'm not even sure surgeons would deem you eligible for surgery.
Your undereyes seem prone to dark circles, but you would need a surgeon to assess the underlying cause in order to select the most appropriate treatment. Your current situation doesn't justify infraorbital implants ; moreover, implants come with their own share of potential problems. An immediate and cheap solution would be to apply concealer.
Morph roughly simulating ptosis repair, lower lid retraction repair, and undereye concealer (maybe a tad optimistic for the latter) :

Would it significantly improve your looks ? No.
So it would be more about improving your self-confidence if these minor flaws truly bother you.
That said, keep in mind that most surgeons may think these flaws don't warrant surgery.
What you should do is to consult in person at least a couple of oculoplastic surgeons. Pictures can be deceiving (lens, angle, micro-expressions, etc.) and therefore not ideal to establish a diagnosis.
You implied in another thread that you live in the US. On this forum, Dr. Ivan Vrcek (Dallas) is often mentioned as a reliable and affordable option. I'm pretty sure plenty of other oculoplastic surgeons across the country could do a fine job, as the procedures involved are not the most complicated. Do your own research through Facebook groups, Reddit posts (r/plasticsurgery), Realself, etc.
Not to my (very limited) knowledge. But ask that question in the main looksmaxxing forum to get more feedback https://looksmax.org/forums/looksmaxing.2/do you know if there are any non-surgical solutions to ptosis?
