okay actually idk, but I got it and the surgeon told me it won't widen it + i knew before hand that you could technically widen it but extremely tad bit. Maybe with canthoplasty you could widen it

why

bc the commissure isnt being divided, so where is this additional tissue gonna come from 4 ur pfl? u will still benefit from the perception of larger pfl since it can make the lower lid a bit more taut i.e. ur pfh decreases, but ur pfl isnt actlly increasing
