Hey, im planning to get canthopexy. Did anyone out there got it? How much can it bring your outer corner of the eye up? In mm or degrees. My main goal is to fix my negative canthal tilt.

I don't have lower lid laxity. My lower eyelid is firm, upper eyelid is good too, its just the canthal tilt which is slightly negative. And canthoplasty is too risky, I don't need that big of a change.

I did some research and there's few methods of canthopexy, and one method can change your canthal tilt apparently. Canthoplasty of course can do it more drastically but thats too dangerous in my opinion and can look unnatural. Pexy effects are more predictable imo

Im gonna jump to about 7.5 front harmony on faceiq labs, my side is 7.4 and angularity 8.8. Is this good? Im already getting girls passively so I think its gonna be my first and only surgery.

You need to be at least 8.0 front and 7.75 side on faceiq labs to be loved. If you are under that any woman you get is a federal agent.

nah im not sending any photos on this forum somebody would find it out eventually and I dont want anyone to know that im getting any surgery, no chance. It will fix my canthal tilt and lift my lower eyelid closer to this ball in the eye. For reference my eyes after surgery should look smiliar to marlon teixeira eyes. I showed him to my surgeon and she told me its entirely possible and im booked for probably next month, theyre gonna call me soon to confirm the date.
