This surgery got popular recently on the forum and is not permanent, so general question is -

How lasts canthopexy?

How it lasts in long therm?

From what i have gathered it is not rally permanent, but how stable it is depends on many factors. Soft tissue always has "memory" and a centhopexy can over time relapse because of this, but a big part of why centhopexy does not always last is just because of aging. The lower lid might droop down again because of multipele age related facors, but you would still probably be at a better point then if you never did centhopexy at all. Support is also important for stabilety, like is your vector negative or positive, you can do spacer graft, implants, fat (not enugh alone for support). The lower lid is pretty complex and often you have to fix multiole things like laxety, vertical deficiancy and support to get the best and most stable result. You could to bone drill centhopexy, wich is permanent as far as i know tho.

Yeah, I might look into bone drill canthopexy tbh but im pretty sure stuff like that have really fucked up long term effects

Mine vector is positive but my undereye is really thin that i have blood vessels so overfill with fat grafts will benefit me so much, i dont see any canthopexy bone drill results tho.

I want to get it in thailand to increase my pfl a bit but im worried of long term effects, i made this thread because some people doesn’t know abt aging and possible long effects

Fat could help, but often you can still se the blood vessels because after. Fat grafts can thicken the skin a tiny bit, but often it wont solve the issue of the red/blue look if is not from hollowing. You could do skin thickening lazers and lazer to get rid of the blood vessels (not permanent sullution other vessels will becaome more vissable over time if you dont do another treatment). Lazers requre quite a few sessions tho. Fat grafts might still be good tho. Tbh consealer is a good froud for this, you need so little that it wil never be noticable, just takes two seconds to do and solves the red/blue look, its makup, but it it works ig

I don’t think i want laser if it’s not permanent fix, i dragged my skin down just to see vessels hollowing

I hate this question, its dumb.

Unless your surgery fails, virtually all plastic surgery is permanent. You keep aging.

So the question isn't how long does it last. It's how poorly do you age.

In the end though, since it's permanent, you'll look better no matter how poorly you age. Then if you had not done anything, with few exceptions.

Please add me to that list. I found your post useful. If you can find even more substance to the quality of canthopexy outcomes and their permanence or impermanence, you could have the prestigious honor of being in BOTB, as well helping a few guys understand their options.

Simple. Go read this and see how it contradicts your claim.

Not reading shedon drivel. If you got dupped by him your retarded.

Here this is you niggers: Ahhh let me fail to understand basic premises like how aging works.. AHHH now let me fail to define what "last" means... AHHH now let me fail to understand how tissues work... AHHH now let me fail to understand there are tons of techniques for any given procedure thus making it a nonhomogeneous class... Ahhh let me fail to understand even HA which last "2 years" has been shown to be present in some people 5 years later.

AHH IM SO DUMB LET ME GIVE GIANT MONEY TO GET SHITTY IMPLANTS SO I CAN GET BUTCHERED IN ISTANBUL.

OH WAIT HE SCAMMED ME. HOW HAPPEN

Thank you very much far too many people see surgery as radical and binary results.

They believe that what emerges from it is always homogeneous and perfect.

But in the end, after getting really interesting about the subject We end up with a more nuanced vision and a less universalist point of view .

Basically, what I'm trying to say is that instead of thinking, "He did this and it worked really well, and I have the same thing as him, so I should do it too,"

You realize that the cause is what matters most, and you understand that the right mindset to adopt is "I have exactly the same thing as him, but we don't have the same cause, even if it's visually similar."

Like with lower eyelid retraction

Many people have challenged me and destroyed my ego several times , which has forced me to always prove myself and base my arguments solely on indisputable proof.

And for that I thank them

That's factually false, bro. Look in the reply there's a passage linking the relationship between cantho and aging.

can u help me with fat repositioning between fat graft?

can u help me with fat repositioning between fat graft?
Fat repositioning between fat graft ?

Fat repositioning is moving what already exists

And fat grafting involves taking a part, for example from the stomach, and placing it in the desired location.

It's not the same thing and it doesn't give the same result.

And I only know about eyes, bro, don't ask me stuff others than eyes area

I know that fat grafting, if you do it around the eyes Most of it resorbe , but you can avoid it if you're careful during the first 6 months. After that, it will depend on other parameters like your bf%

And no, it's not ephemeral.

I'm trying to become a mod, so I'll probably make a detailed guide on it in the French section. Do you want me to ping you?

You'll just have to translate from French to English

Sunglasses are essential to avoid outdoor some complement and others shit like that

And also I remember avoiding most eye movements

Saying all that would make my future threads less relevant sooooo

Even if it last 10 years I’d be very happy with that since I wouldn’t be as obsessive with looks as much as I am now

It doesn't

It's not a canthoplasty with subscription

How long does it last then
Would love someone who isnt a complete fucking moron yet still thinks theres some magical expiration date on canthopexy results to state a meaningful position.

Canthopexy is one of the few procedures regarded as reversible in theory. That might give the reply guys the tiniest hypothetical sliver to cling to if anyone could ever articulate a substantive position. Which is literally impossible for someone like shedumb.

In some canthopexy techniques surgeons literally drill a hole into the orbital rim or skull and use titanium wire to anchor the tendon. Do these mouth breathers honestly believe the drill hole and the titanium wire just vanish into the ether after a few years? Meanwhile they completely ignore the objective reality of biological aging. It is as if the concept of ongoing tissue degradation is some advanced physics these geniuses have never encountered before.

Yet they strut around like they have discovered some groundbreaking new take that no one had ever considered. If you believe it is temporary explain what the fuck that even means. When it stops lasting what exactly happens? Do you magically snap back to your exact preop baseline? If so you are still far better off than if you had never had the procedure. Returning to your preop baseline years later is vastly superior to where natural aging alone would have taken you.

Or are you claiming you simply return to where you would have been without surgery? Look at enough before and after photos and you know its totally absurd take. Even five years out Sculptra results still look dramatically better than the preproceders baseline. Despite it only lasting two years; the effects do not. Meanwhile a drill hole, titanium wire, scar tissue, and remodeling of the effected tissues are very much permanent.

Let us not forget that other canthopexy techniques that involve twisting or repositioning the orbicularis muscle or canthal tendon itself. Once that muscle has been twisted sutured and held under tension for years it does not just untwist and return to its original anatomy. You'd pratically have to be a giant implant scam victim to be so shedumb.

These stupid faggots can't even conceptualize aging as an ongoing biological process. They ignore surgical technique and suture material as if those things do not matter. They cannot even meaningfully articulate what "not lasting" actually means. Its just fucking slop for brains.
