Canthoplasty and upper eyelids

I have schleral show and limited upper eyelid exposure. Am I right in thinking that cantho won’t fix upper eyelids?

As I understand it, temporal cheek lift with canthopexy would fix my upper eyelids but wouldn’t sort my lower eyelids…
